MiVoice business site has a AKD-5103

Red light flashing on what exactly? If you mean the AKD-5103 single line phone, then it has message waiting turned on either from the voicemail or another set... Try accessing the voicemail first, and if it doesn't have voicemail, look in the FAC's for the Cancel Message Waiting code.

Doing a `LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION xxxx` may hhelp as well, it will give you more information on active features.

Thanks for your reply. However, it appears my message didn't come out on properly so you may have missed most of the details :
 Yes , you right is a red flashing on some of the analogue phones . I have did locate feature extension on the commands and it shows :
Lamp on and a call back. As they do not have Voicemail , I am sure  is a call back .
The issues is I cannot clear it with the feature codes listed  -#1 . Thanks

Sometimes you have to do it multiple times, the FAC clears the most recent message... Remember when using the clear message feature code you have to enter the extension as well, for example, if the FAC for Message Waiting - Deactivate code is *366 and the extension is 2222, you enter *3662222 and hangup... I have seen times where I have had to do this more than 10 times to get it to clear.
