Title: MiCollab Conference Calls - Softphone stops working

Hi again!

My call centre techs are telling me that after they finish a conference call, their MiCollab softphones will stop working and they have to restart their MiCollab application on their PC. I've tried redeploying everyone's profile and collected the following log file
