Hello, I am working on a project to provision some Mitel 6930s to a new Phone service. They are currently running the software: ota_BCM911107_MINET_6930_voice_v6_5_jffs2.bin (According to the Web UI)
Here is a link to the screen I am trying to get to and provision the phone:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1422_fE87nJTsSR_Y3cZVjYgDbFYbF8Xm/view?usp=share_link
I am getting prompted by the phone to enter a Mitel Border Gateway IP no matter what I try and am not able to get around it. Here is what I have tried so far:
I factory reset the phone
I factory reset the phone with no internet connectivity
I confirmed the phone was not talking to the Mitel PBX
I have tried provisioning through the phone's web UI but it is extremely limited. The only options I have are: Reboot Phone, Upgrade Software, Diagnostics, Screenshot
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

MiNET software is the Mitel proprietary IP software, NOT SIP compatible... the phone needs to be flashed with SIP software.

Thank you. Do you know where I can find this SIP software?

Even with SIP Firmware on the 69xx model they are designed to only connect to a Mitel Communication Server, not third party SIP servers.
You could get the firmware from the below.

Thank you. I tried to update the software to the one linked by using the web UI and am now receiving the following error message from the web UI:
Error when creating mqueue: /WebQueue - errno: Too many open files
wc create queue error

Not sure uploading firmware via the gui in MiNET mode has ever worked.
Best bet is to either setup a TFTP or Web server and host the firmware on there. Then try the Manual Upgrade from the handset option.
