I have a call flow with menu points for a department and they are now wanting to add holidays to the call flow.
Can I insert a schedule at the beginning of the call flow, or do I need to build a new one.
When I add the schedule, it throws the rest of the actions under unused tab.

You can insert and then reattach what you have

Once you add that schedule in, you can click the on-hours options and it will list the "Unused actions" it creates and like johnp says you can just add them back in. Just make sure you have some sort of hours or holidays in the schedule or it will always act closed. I've made that mistake before when adding it in, but waiting for a customer to send me the hours they want.
