Title: 6940 portal access MiVB 8.0 PR3

I am trying to access the portal for a 6940.

I have defined the desktop access info in the phone and I created a user portal in the system that has desktop access, but I can't log into the phone IP portal...I keep getting unauthorized user.

I'm sure I'm missing a step somewhere, but I'm clueless.

If I recall, the username was "root" and the password must be set in the "System Security Management" form.
