Has anyone been able to get this to work with the MiVO250? I can get the Bria Solo mobile and desktop client to work pretty well, but on the mobile application the only way I can make it work is to disable the Push Notification Service, otherwise the Mitel rejects the calls or fails.
What seems to happen is when the mobile phone doesn't have the app active, it deregisters itself and registers a Push Notification server... then when a call is presented, the Push Notification goes to the mobile device to "wake up" the app and register it to get the call. Works great on our Broadsoft server, but on the MiVO 250 it just doesn't like it and the call fails.
There are a handful of settings in the Bria client to mess with the settings, and I have tried all four "modes" for the Push Notification settings and none of them seem to work properly. Anybody have any luck making it work? I just want to get it working as with the Push disabled, it makes a noticeable impact on battery life, although it does work reliably.

acejavelin,
The MiVO-250 doesn't have a PUSH server for you to register PUSH services to and therefore it will fail.
Typically, you would have your PUSH server setup to handle those requests.
Maybe use a PUSH Notifications Gateway that the MiVO-250 has send traffic through.
Thanks,

Bria Solo includes using Bria's Push Notification service and servers... it registers to the Mitel and then uses Apple or Google push services. I just can't make it work with any combination of options I have tried.

acejavelin,
Could you post the SIP packet capture of the Bria Push Server trying to register and one when the Bria softphone registers [non-Push]?
Thanks,

Actually, I might have just figured it out re-reading through the documentation I linked above... Didn't think anything about NAT since it was working fine when registered to the device itself, but disabled "NAT Emulation" in the app's Push Notification settings section and the default Push Notification settings seem to work now. Will keep doing some tests throughout the day and report back.

acejavelin,
I was just going to post about NAT emulation and single device emulation.
