Title: braindead...wanting to add ring group as a call key on a phone MiVB 8.0 PR3

one of the departments are wanting to add a key to their 5324 so they call call all the sets in the dispatch area (4 phones) It won't allow me to add the ring group as a key to the phone, saying it is an invalid extension. I tried it as a DSS/BLF as well as multicall.

Any ideas?

Just make it a CDE Speedcall (ie. a speed dial).
