Title: Alarm on Mivoice 470:CI printer blocked
Post by: robert.moore on March 07, 2023, 05:19:58 AM
I have just migrated an OIP server and I am getting this alarm on the 400;
"CI printer blocked". Any ideas . I shut down the call logger and start it again in the 400 . the alarm disappeared but it has come back on .
Thanks

CL Printer blocked means the call logging destination is not reachable. Either the network connection is down or that PC/Application itself is.

Since you mentioned you migrated an OIP server, does it mean you use it as the call log destination? Did the IP address and/or port number change? You might need to update the call log settings in the MiVO400. If it is OIP on Windows, maybe the firewall is blocking the port?
