Good Afternoon
i am curious is there a way to set that if there is a call forwarding is set internaly from 1 DDI to another DDI and if a call i smissed on 2nd DDI then the voicemail goes back and is being deposided on orinignal DDI
Thanks you

That is generally how forwards should be handled. No special programming required.

One of the quirks of the MiVB is that no matter how many time the call is forwarded, when it forward to voice mail it's flagged with the original extension. So no matter which number down the forward chain sends the call to VM, it will hit the original called party's mailbox.

Thanks all
Oddly when the call idvert is enabled it does not handle the call correctly.
It sends the call over but the VM also get left on the forwarding destination.
They are doing call forwarding bia button config.
my hunch is they are keying and external number for the DDI not the actual DDI
Could that be the case ?
Thanks

That does sound like the case and would explain what's happening.
If you have the user forward their extension to the internal extension number it should work as you want.

Thanks .

will reprgo the button for the direct DDI
Thanks all !
