Title: software upgrade from version 3.1 to 7

I have to upgrade a Mitel 470 from version 3.1 to 7.
What are the steps please particularly licenses and SWA

You must go through your vendor. You need valid SWA to be able to upgrade and also have the new license (file) generated.
