				I have a couple of SX 2000. I have a dial up using Procomm . The modem connects but I need help how to get the forms

				Start by entering ctl-q then ctl-w.
The menu keys are esc+(button) listed on bottom of screen.

 Still not happening . When I press CTL +Q follow by CTL W , nothing happens

Is that an SMDR/Call Data buffer or your remote access device?

				No, I am not getting anything coming up , When I press Control Q and Control W , nothing happens.
The last time I used it on another site, Once you press control W it refreshes the screen an escape key brings the login screen.

				If your accessing via a tracker you may need to enter the tracker password usually PASSWORD in upper case then use CTL +Q or CTL +W

				Correction
If your accessing via a tracker you may need to enter the tracker password the default is PASSWORD in upper case then type ;ME before using Ctrl and W

				When i type the tracker password , it comes up tracker 2650 on-line  but the CRT +Q ESC does nothing

				Type ;ME This enables the Maintenance Mode
Press the <RETURN> The Tracker responds with

So when the tracker comes up tracker 2650 on-line Type ;ME This enables the Maintenance Mode
Press the <RETURN> The Tracker responds with OK then enter Ctrl and W keys refreshes the screen and presents one of the SX-2000 maintenance modes on the Maintenance Terminal screen.
