We are having an issue where the controller will emit an audible alarm a few hours after a 911 call is placed. I've tried to find where this behavior is controlled in the admin tool but haven't had any luck. Can you point me in the right direction?

topherhaas,
the MiVO-250 doesn't have a way to emit an audible alarm from within it.
So, no there isn't a way to make it stop that.
I would get a technician out there to see what is really causing the problem because the MiVO-250 shouldn't be making any audible noises.
Sorry,
TE

That's what's confusing me. It's of course a remote site and we can't catch it in the act. Each time when we go there, it has the visible alarm on the control panel which we clear and then it's fine. There are no other system errors present which adds to the mystery.

An audible alarm from the equipment room is usually a UPS...
Ran into something similar once... When it was happening had the customer video chat and go to it... Yes, it was the UPS, right below the phone system.

topherhaas,
What else is in the room with the MiVO-250 that has a speaker in it that could produce the sound you are hearing?
Thanks,
TE

I see a lot of temperature control devices in equipment rooms where PBX's often are go audible as well if that helps you search. Is there a test phone in the room?
