Title: Very Basic Question regarding AMC Sync

Sorry for the basic question, but it's been several years since I did a new install of a Mitel 3300.

I logged in and created a new ARID through the AMC and applied the licensing. I got the system turned up and have logged in but when trying to sync the AMC in the licensing form, the field to enter the new ARID I created is grayed out.

I am sure I am missing something very basic, but cannot figure it out.

On newer systems you license them through the server manager... Go to https://<ipaddress>/server-manager and login with username admin and the system password.
