Title: Micollab not showing names

Hi,

we've got an issue with the Micollab iPhone client.
When an colleague calls it only shows the phone number. But when you open the (missed) calls, it shows the name.
Is there a way to solve this? So we can see the name from the person when he/she is calling.

Is this just with one phone or several users?

Are you using EHDU or softphone?

This is with all the users, and we are using softphones.
