Has anyone already set up the wake up call without going through the pms?

Or I guess if you use the embedded VM for rooms, you can do it through the front desk mailbox or the guest can do it directly.

I am thinking something got lost in translation there... or am I not understanding something. Do you mean for each guest to do it themselves? The Guest Room mailbox has that functionality built-in by default.
