Title: STAR Scheduled Time-Based Application Router
Post by: backerman on October 18, 2022, 10:12:08 AM
We utilize the STAR Scheduled Time-Based Application Router for handling different call routing scenarios. One of those is to automatically transfer calls to a call center after hours. Where do I go to change the phone number those calls get transferred to?

Depends on how the menu is set up. Most likely using a phantom extension with DEE set up to the external number, but it will depend on how your system was set up.

Would you be able to tell me which menu options I could look at first? It looks like it is pointing to a Phantom Extension, but I can't find where that Phantom Extension would point to the external number. It does not look like DEE is set up on that extension.

Backerman,

Most likely the Phantom is just Call Forwarded Always to the number.

The only way to look at that is through Online Monitor Mode and look under forwarding.

Thanks,

TE

Yes. It is viewable through Online Monitor Mode under System-->Devices and Feature Codes-->Phantom & Hot Desk Profiles-->The Phantom Extension and then Forward Information.
I was not aware of Online Monitor Mode, but now I am.
