I'm wondering where in the MiVoice Business system admin tool I can view currently active calls. Or if that is even accessed through the system admin tool.

You can see what's active on a trunk via maintenance commands ("state [plid]" for a PRI, or "sip show active all" for SIP trunks), but there's no way to show all active internal calls.

How about "STAT 1".
That should list the status of everything in the system. I don't know if that's as useful as just stat'ing the trunks, though.
