Our voicemail to email service has stopped working. In the logs I have the following being reported
imapAdapter Error IMAP4 Login Failed -> Invalid Login Response <LOGIN Failed
I am assuming this is referring to LDAP but I am my verify connection under Advanced UM is greyed out
any suggestions would be appreciated

What are you using for email? Microsoft has disabled basic authentication for IMAP connections to Office 365 as of 10/1, so I have a hunch that may be what you're using here.

Thank you for your reply. We are using Microsoft 365 for our email. I believe you are correct.

What version of MiCollab are you running? 9.2 and up supports OAuth connections to M365. However, when you switch the Advanced UM connection from Basic Auth to OAuth, all existing messages in IMAP enabled mailboxes are deleted.
