Title: 6970 will not boot

Have a couple of Mitel 6970 Conference phones installed on 3300 that will not boot.  Getting black screen and only red lights.  Firmware version 01.04.01.038, installed as Mitel 6940 as per recommendations.  I managed to get one to boot by holding "Hang Up" area on display screen but when rebooting again, same issue presented.  Second unit will not boot at all and is also presenting black screen and red lights.  Have not had any issues since installed, have about a dozen of these in use.

Tried it in 2 other working jacks where I have 6920's, same issue.
You suggesting incorrect voltage?

I am thinking an issue with firmware, but little info through Mitel in ability to do factory reset as it is a touchscreen set, and screen is black.  :(

Maybe LCD default from factory
