Title: Name for a extension

I have an extension, let's say x6000 that is our IT Help Desk.  I assign this extension as a Multicall button to everyone's phone in IT.  So, if you dial x6000, it rings on all the IT phones.

My issue, when you dial x6000, it doesn't say on your phone who you are dialing.  I want it to say "IT Help Desk" when you call x6000 from a desk phone.

Is there a place to set this?

Try adding an entry for 6000 with the associated name in the telephone directory form.
