When i try to run the SAD program, it puts it in the task bar but does not/ cannot open it. I get the attached error. I know it is related to scheduled backups but I can't get in to change the backups and I can't seem to find anywhere to stop the service. I have tried running as an admin, uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting the system, rebooting PC. I can log in from other PC's just not mine.
Any help would be appreciated.

The easiest thing is to reboot the PC that has that error on it.
Otherwise, you can use the Task Manager to force shut down any Mitel services running and then manually restart the applications back up again.

Check your microsoft access database engine 2010 by running repair or re-install it. I had a problem you can launch the sysadmin but could not open / connect to the pbx.
