Title: hold music while ringing?

Hi folks -
I haven't been able to find how to do this or if it is even possible...
Isn't there a way to have hold music playing instead of ring sounds when a ring group (or individual) is being called?

If the call is answered [eg with a RAD] then goes to ringing, the caller should hear hold music. If this is something you want to do en masse then Call Coverage Services would do the trick. The RAD message could simply just be a bit of ringback.

Enable the "Music on hold on transfer" COS option for the device, assuming you're transferring the call to the extension/group you want to have this enabled for.
