Title: 2 Hour Delay on Vmail to Email

Customer is using Advanced UM and is complaining about a 2 hour time delay.   Looking for Ideas on what this could be.

I like to to start with tail -f /usr/vm/log/msblogs/msblog.txt to display activity while I leave a test message for someone.

What email system are they using?  On-prem or cloud?
