Good day,
My customer has been using the 250 for about 7 years and (as expected) started to get TLS issues with Edge/Chrome.
So now we upgraded to software 6.3.136
They can log into admin and customer configurator accounts but the user accounts are quite flaky or don't work at all.
I recently created some new hotdesk users to test and it gives me a username and password error.
Any ideas what has changed that would be causing these issues?

Did you verify that the User(s) had the Web Portal enabled as I think by default in 6.3 SP7 it is set to No?
Also, you may want to verify that the new credentials match the password policy set under System > Maintenance Accounts or they may not work properly. I think by default it is set to just use a minimum of 6 characters unless you have changed it; which you should.
What exactly is the screen showing?
