Microlab Client 9.4
I have a problem with the state of Micollab,
I'm having trouble configuring the softphone to work properly.
I only have a "full" licenses, so I createed Deskphone + softphone and put it in the personal call group.
In the State "desktop", I chose to send my calls to my ring group, and ticked only "Deskphone.
and out of office, send my calls to my ring group and i ticked softphone only.
I have two problem:
1- in both states, I get calls on both (desk phone + softphone).
if i check presence status in personal call group Mivb, and in both states, presence does not change to absent.
2 - the second problem, when I receive the call, I have the possibility to choose with the green button if I want to take the call with a desk phone or a softphone, so when I choose the softphone, the call is picked up by the deskphone

Sunspark, in the MiCollab server is it recognizing your phones correctly?

Issue resolved by upgrading to the last micollab server release

Might think a micollab pbx sync might have done it
