Title: Micollab Outlook personal contacts integration

Hi. We cannot get the users' Outlook personal contacts to show in Micollab despite these settings being enabled.


Do we need the Outlook plugin installed for this to work? what could be getting in the way?

Using 9.4.109 client and Outlook 365 latest build

nevermind. Outlook programmatic access settings were to blame

Hi,

I'm having the same issue on both MiCollab 9.7.20 and 9.8.103 clients. However mine is not showing Outlook at all under personal contacts. This worked previously, but stopped showing up a few months ago.
I've repaired my MiCollab installation and updated O365 to latest build. Also disabled the programmatic access setting in Outlook.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
