Title: Analog extension not disconnecting

I have an area of refuge device connected to an analog extension that is configured to dial a number when the handset is picked up.  This works well but when the central station hangs up the line does not disconnect and the auto dial starts dialing again and it becomes a vicious cycle.

I am still pretty new to the MiVoice Business so be gentle with me...  :-)

Check the ons circuit descriptor, is needed create a new one. You should have positive disconnect enabled so that when the outside party hangs up, this extension gets a drop in loop current.

Sorry, I did find the positive connect a little later in the afternoon.   That is what did the trick.
