Hello!
I've recently started rolling out softphones to some users and have now run into a challenge.
Softphones setup as ACD agents have no problem completing a Conference call. Softphones setup as UC Endpoint receive the "Call Failed: Sorry an error occurred during the call" message.
I've tried mirroring COS and Sip Device Capability on both types but the error persists with the UC Endpoint softphones.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Check if you have configured a multicall on your softphone and if the conference feature access code is configured everywhere in the MiCollab server (network element/pbx node/deployment profile).

Thanks I'll check on that.
Multicall is another thing that doesn't appear to work with a softphone. I tried adding 2nd lines but it does not function the way it does on the physical phones. Not sure if it's config or just lack of MiCollab knowledge on my part. My vendor also had no idea.
