We recently bought a few 6940's from a couple companies, the majority have loaded onto our 3300CX apart from a few which have SIP Firmware installed
I have tried the web recovery server interface and uploading the MINET_6940-enc.st + MINET_6940.st
both come back with error message "software upgrade failed - invalid active image"
I Have also tried both HTTP + TFTP Server, but the phones are being asked for the following files:
aastra.cfg
startup.cfg
security.tgz
which I do not have, does anyone know where i may find them?
Many thanks, Dan

Load the standard SIP firmware, then go into the web admin interface and upload the MINET firmware. You can't load MINET firmware directly from web recovery mode.

unfortunately we are unable to load into a web interface unless in recovery mode and no settings to be found to enable it either.
Boot version - 2.1.0.2
SW version - 5.1.0.3069
Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advanced

Standard SIP firmware should enable web admin. The MiCloud Connect firmware is a different story. Download the SIP firmware from MiAccess, load that from web recovery mode, then upload the MiNET firmware from the standard SIP web admin.
