Is this for a Mitel certification?!?! Generally we don't give answers to these questions, but honestly if you downloaded the PDF for the course or have the presentation, search that... the answer will be in there almost word for word.

No document on this questions. I have reach 80% of ACD Exam but this Question I don't found any answers or I don't fully understanding the question.
