Title: TLS1.2 for Vmail to email on Mivoice250

We are having issues with vmail to email on a system running 6.2.2
The IT/email provider says - I believe the issue may be that our SMTPS server now requires TLS 1.2. The Mitel voicemail system most likely needs an update applied to support TLS 1.2.

Would an upgrade to the latest version of the MIVOICE250 fix this issue and allow TLS1.2?

You have to upgrade to the latest version of 6.3 SP7 and your issue will be fixed.

I just upgraded to 6.3.9.102 and unfortunately am still getting the same errors.
I will reach out to eth email providers to see if they have ti change anything.
The only difference I see in the programming is 'Allow any authorization servers' in the email gateway. Does this have to be set to yes or no or doesn't it matter?

You need to be at 6.3.11.136 or 6.3 SP7
