Title: Extension ring 3 phones

Hi, I have a VIP user who needs his phone to ring 3 extensions. I use DEE but this will only let me specify 2. He needs to be able to internally appear to dial from his ext 224 so a hunt group wont work.. Can anyone advise what I can do here?

You can ring 3 endpoints with DEE.

Build a phantom and put that as the second extension in DEE.  The type needs to be changed from mobile to Desk 2.  Always forward that phantom to a hunt group.  Create an extension list with the other extensions and make it the member of the hunt group.  I think that will work.

Under associated destinations right click anywhere in the pane, add a new destination. you can have Desk, Desk 2, HomeIP, HomeIP 2.

Enter the other extn numbers you want to ring.

Done!
