Title: Micollab does nothing when clicked

 I have a user that nothing happens when the try and launch micollab.  I have tried doing a repair, uninstalled, downloaded the latest version, nothing seems to work.  Any suggestions ?

I had this problem when the server was improperly set during the micollab client install. The client couldn't reach the server name due to a typo. I know there is a config file you can edit but I just ended up uninstalling and reinstalling.
