Title: Change outgoing call numbers

I need to find a way when our dispatchers call out to residents their extension is not displayed. I would like it to show the main number of our PD. I know this is vague but not sure what other info is needed.

Depends on version exactly where you can do it. You're looking for CPN Substitution. In Telephone Directory > Associated Directory Numbers you can usually add the extension, then the number you want substitute. I think starting with MiVB 7 you can also add CPN Substitution from Users and Devices.

I checked this out and this is the spot where to change it and it looks like it was already set up but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working.

What type of trunks do you have? Carrier likely isn't allowing you to update on your own or doesn't like the number you are out pulsing isn't valid to them.
