Good Morning,
usingthe Mitel Flex cloud system. Is there a way to force a logout for a hotdesk user ? I'm trying to make some changes for an extension and I'm getting an error that the changes can not be applied until the user logs out. I've called the Branch and they are claiming the extension is not hot desked into any phones. Is there a way i can force it out ?

BUSY RESET [EXTENSION] usually does it.
Alternately They could also log in somewhere else and then log out.
