Title: Single cell 112
Post by: sunspark on March 17, 2022, 08:45:47 AM
Hi guys
I'm trying to register 112 individual cells in teleworker mode, but it doesn't work.
Error: No sip reg.
I created generic sip phone 3233 with password 3233 mivb side.
Then, in micollab, I added the teleworking option for the 3233.

On the Mbg side, I added the 3233 extension in the teleworker -> Sip device menu.

did I miss something ?

UC Endpoint is what the mobile app needs to be built as.  Generic SIP phone is for an ATA or 3rd party phone like a Yealink.

Assuming you are using the single cell DECT 112. If I recall it correctly you need fill the SIP registrar in different places but I do not know exactly where unfortunally.
