Was trying to make call from extension 1000 to 18006927753 but got a busy tone
Could anyone help to decipher below CCS Trace ?

If it's a SIP trunk, a packet capture is going to give you better information than the CCS trace.

CCS trace is of very little use to most of us... We don't know how to read it and I have never seen a document about what all those codes mean... Tech support does occasionally ask for it in certain instances. Like @lundah said, a packet capture would be much more useful.
