Title: MiCollab 9.4 softphone - call park

New customer with 100% MiCollab softphone users on MiVB, needs to be able to park a call for another user to pick up. MiCollab softphone on MiVB does not support call park. Anyone know of another method to achieve a similar result?

Answered my own question. Created speed dials to park and pick up the park, and if I transfer/dial those speed calls from the softphone it works. I can't see what slots have a call parked, but it works.
