Title: Toggle Forwarding on and off for ring group

Calls come in from a transfer only mailbox out of a MLAA and ring to a ring group with 5x IP phones. I built a system speed call with an external number the want calls to hit sometimes. Customer wants the calls to ring to the ring group, but they want to be able to send calls to the speed call sometimes and toggle this on/off themselves. How would you guys set this up?

Probably with an external hot desk user with a code to remotely DND it.

So I set a call forward always alternative to the destination of the system speed call. Then used the FAC for "DND Remote" and "DND Cancel Remote" which worked. If you guys know a better way let me know. Sometimes these requests take some thinking.

I would think he was saying add the EHDU to the ring group with the destination number and when not in DND, this would also ring
