Title: Show ACD Status (Busy or Not) Mitel 3300 Version 9.0.3.15
Post by: Rspector on February 15, 2022, 09:14:56 AM
Good morning,
One of the call centers is requesting we add a way for them to see who is set as "make busy" and who is available. They want a page on their phones to show the five operators and light up some kind of a notification (like a dss/speed dial indication) when the specific operator is set as busy or available. My telco guy is telling me I'll have to by a new software package to do that. I know if I set a specific group alert I can see how many people are available (picture attached), I have confirmed that 5A means 5 agents are in the group and available to take calls. Can any one think of a creative way of doing what they are asking me for with out a 10k software license?
Thank you!

Assuming the software your "telco guy" says you need is MiContact Center Business, he's right. That's the software required to see who's busy/available in a queue.

He referenced MiCC. What's the difference between that and MiContact Business Center?

MiCC and MiContact Center Business are the same thing. That's what you need to do what you want.
