Title: Hot desking user gets no audible ring no matter which phone she logs into

I have a hot desking user who can see the phone flashing but hears no audible ring.  She's the only one this is happening to, and it's the case whenever she logs into any phone.  These phone will audibly ring when any other user is signed into them.

Her calls also aren't answered until she hits the line key instead of answering when she picks up.

What is set incorrectly?

Go to maintenance and enter "loc fe ext <user's extension number>
I'm betting it's in DND or the ringer is turned down so low she can't hear it.

Or is it a Multi key programmed for No Ring?

Yup, there was a particular key type that I didn't recognize set to no ring.  Thanks guys!
