Title: Difficulty getting Phone Manager app to work

I keep getting an error saying 'Not connected to server' and that I need to first download and install the SSL certificate.
I have installed it onto my phone, and enabled full trust for root certificates in my iOS menu. It's still not working.

Any suggestions - are there any settings on the web setting side that may have disabled it? Is it only open to certain plans?

Phone type: iOS 15.2.1 on iPhone 12 Pro. The account I am trying to log in on has the mobile user profile selected.
