I have one user that isn't getting their voicemail into their emails. I have double checked all of the settings with other users in which it is working but see no difference. Any ideas?
MiVoice Business 3300 11.0.73
Multi-device user
Standard user for enterprise license
Voicemail = NuPoint 20.2.0.102.01

Are you on embedded email or NuPoint? I often find it's users Outlook settings moving things to Junk.

NuPoint, they are a new user and I checked their outlook rules and junk mail.

With everyone else's working the only thing I can think of is the wrong email or the box isn't licensed for UM.

Standard UM (SMTP forwarding) or Advanced UM (IMAP integration)?
