Is there a way thru Maintenance Commands to export/extract  the files you can usually export thru the menu's.  Such as Hunt Group, VM Boxes etc;

Not an export.  You could play with the print command to see if that gets you closer to what you want.

What are you trying to accomplish?

I usually go in once a month to export so I have a record of what the config was at the time.  I realize there are probably other ways to get this data,  but this is the only way I know of.

I'm not sure about version 7.1 but you may be able to schedule exports via the scheduler.
