Dear All,
i would like to change the MoH in our MiVoice 5000 (XL -R7.1). I would like to create an a-law 8K mono wav file. (I know that others format will not work)
I just working with the Web UI. (no special programming tool)
Questions before the change:
1. How big (or long) is the maximum for this file?
2. How to upload over the Web UI (I have full admin right to the system)?
I tried in the menu "Messages and tones" -> Messages -> Announcement allocation (right up) Import file selection.
-> Applied to: the current Item
-> select of the current Items: Announcement allocation
Browse: test.wav -> Upload -> Incorrect file format.
Seems not the right way to upload a .wav
Can someone help me, how to do this?
