CLI via FSK is supported.

Did you set the "Terminal supports call identification" on the interface under Port settings?

Configuration ➙ System ➙ Interfaces ➙ Analogue ➙ Analogue terminal interface (entry)

My bad. I think this may also be terminal dependent. I have a 6730 analog phone which I know supports name display but can only verify next week.. Maybe you can test with that model and compare with another phone.?

I tested and the name only shows up together with the number on my 6730a if the user is saved in the phonebook.

ok so it concludes that A470 does not send name of the caller , it has to be updated in the phonebook of the respective user's analog phone .
