Title: Devices using a Class D license
Post by: cdaye on December 24, 2021, 11:57:14 AM
Is there a way to identify what devices are assigned a Class D license on a Mitell 5000? Currently my license page shows I'm using 16 of 16 licenses, but I only know of 12 that are in use.
Thanks Chuck

Open A&D and look under the Resource & Device Info tab. It will show all endpoints and their connection status.

Sorry for the delay. Yes I looked in Resources and Device tab and the numbers don't add up. I have the following
Type           QTY
IP-EP           13
MINET-IP     8
       TOTAL  21

Class D licenses 16   16 out of 16 used.

I have 2 phones I'm trying to activate, but they are "Waiting for License"

I know of 13 IP phones connected to the system. I'm trying to find that other 3 licenses that should be available.

Thanks Chuck

Try going into the database.  In the upper header options click on "Operations" for a drop down menu.  Then click on "IP Device Status".  After that click "Get Status".  This screen will show all IP exts.,
Type, Net Grp, IP address,  MAC, Model License Cat. & Status.

This should help you see what is using each D license.
