Title: Voicemail Button on 5330

We have a user whose voicemail button stopped working properly. Instead of taking her to her inbox, it goes straight to another user's voicemail box and prompts her to leave a message for the other user. I can't see any settings that seem to be wrong from the programming console. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

It has nothing to do with voice mail. That other person lit the message lamp by dialing the extension, pressing the message key and hanging up.

To clear the lamp, press the message key and wait for the other person to answer. Or press the message key and * (star).

Awesome, thank you very much! I haven't seen that happen before. We've had a Mitel system for nine years, but we never got any training on it, so everything I know has been trial and error so far.
