Title: Admin died - need access to her voicemail

Hi. I'm from a church in Michigan. I'm not a techie, but I'm looking for support with our Mitel phone system. Our office manager died last week and we are trying to access her voicemail. We can't figure out how to reset her voicemail passcode. We have MiVoice Office 250. I can get into the administrator profile, but can't figure out how to reset individual users passcodes for their voicemails. Thanks for the help! Dominic

You need access to either the admin mailbox or database programming to reset voice mail passwords.

Thanks for the reply. Is there anyway to access the admin mailbox without knowing the admin passcode? How would I get to database programming? Is that available through this web portal? (see attached screenshot) That's all I can figure out how to get access to.

You need to know the password for the admin mailbox to log into it. It can only reset through database programming. The web portal you show won
