Guys we've recently had several Mitel 3300 not synch to mitel amc.
We want to add a couple of extra IP User Licences.
When trying to retrieve licences, it produces and error:
"Unable to setup connect to the AMC (Error 77) Error
details can be found in the software logs."
The software logs are attached for viewing.
Tried clearing the hardware ID no joy.
SSH is open, but if I ssh to the external address I get rejected message.
If it were one system I'd put it down to the firewall, but this is happening on multiple systems, different customers and different firewalls.
The systems don't have software assurance but that shouldn't make a matter for adding new licences.

All our systems that have MCD 7.0 or below cannot synch to Mitel AMC.
7.2 and above are all fine.
It too coincidental for it be a network issues across 7x different sites and 3x different customers

Has the root certificate update been done on these systems? Anything below 9.0.something required a patch to apply a new root certificate for the SSL connection to AMC, the original cert installed expired in August 2020.
